How the Service Works
Consultation Request
The customer contacts TQWS Inc. and provides information about the required website, software, email, cloud or workplace technology service.
Requirements Review
We review the request and confirm whether the service is within our available capabilities.
Written Scope and Quotation
The customer receives a written description showing the service, price, currency, delivery process, expected timeframe, responsibilities, limitations and applicable cancellation terms.
Customer Approval
No paid work begins until the customer approves the written scope and authorises payment.
Delivery and Completion
The agreed service is completed, and the customer receives an appropriate completion email, summary, report, configuration record or digital deliverable.
Clear Project Scope and Pricing
Pricing depends on the agreed project requirements, complexity, expected time and delivery method. Customers receive the complete service description, total price and currency before payment. Additional work or charges require customer approval.
How services are delivered
Depending on the project, services may be provided through consultation, guided implementation, configuration, digital delivery or another method described in your quotation. The delivery method for your project is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Quotation-based pricing
Business technology work is quoted individually rather than sold as a fixed package, because requirements vary. See the Pricing page for the categories we quote against.
Service Limitations
Technology outcomes can depend on device condition, software compatibility, network availability, third-party platforms and manufacturer systems.
Hardware replacement, physical repair, third-party subscriptions and licence costs are not included unless specifically listed in the written quotation.
Where an issue requires a manufacturer, internet provider, software publisher or repair centre, we will explain this to the customer.
Customer Responsibilities
To help every project run smoothly, customers must:
- Provide accurate project information
- Own or be authorised to use the accounts, systems and devices involved
- Maintain backups of important business information
- Maintain valid software licences
- Provide required account access securely
- Review and approve the service scope
- Confirm completion or raise concerns promptly
