Billing and cancellation terms
- Billing amount: $199 CAD per month
- Renewal: automatically renews monthly until cancelled
- Billing date: the same calendar day each month as your first payment
- How to cancel: email support@tqwsinc.com in writing
- Cancellation deadline: before your next billing date
- Effective date: service remains active through the current paid billing period
- Refunds: handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy
- On your statement: payments appear as TQWSINC.COM

Pricing Notes and Currency
Currency. Website package prices displayed on this page are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Custom quotations are issued in CAD, and the applicable currency is clearly shown on your quotation and payment page before payment.
Not included. Pricing excludes domain registration and hosting fees, premium plugins and licences, third-party advertising spend, hardware, and applicable taxes, unless specifically listed in your written quotation.
Payment terms. Website packages are generally invoiced 50% before work begins and 50% on delivery, unless your quotation states otherwise.
Approval. No paid work begins until you approve the written scope and authorise payment. Additional work or charges require your approval.
Statement descriptor. Card payments appear on your statement as TQWSINC.COM.
